Pork and Beef Cheddy Bratwurst

This smoked brat is a balanced mixture of pork and beef with pieces of cheese in every bite! This is a great bratwurst with a traditional flavor and melty cheese! Ingredients: Pork, beef, cheddar cheese [(pasteurized milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes, calcium chloride, annatto {vegetable color}), corn starch and/or cellulose (to prevent caking), and natamycin (preservative)], water, salt, corn syrup solids, spices, smoked sugar (water, hardwood smoked sugar), monosodium glutamate, granulated garlic, sodium nitrite, red pepper. Stuffed in a collagen casing.
